Scenario 1: Wall Outlet Failure

Please plug in with different wall outlet and see if BEDDI is responding.


Scenario 2: Adapter Failure

Instead of using the power adapter, you can plug in micro USB cable into the "Service" port at the back of BEDDI, and then connect the cable to any wall adapter. If BEDDI is on with light with the USB cable, it means the problem is the adapter. Please contact our support to get a adapter replacement.

Scenario 3: No response on BEDDI either with power adapter or USB cable
